Nikon AF-S Micro Nikkor 105mm is OK but there are quite a few better lenses. The Z MC 105mm is at an entirely new level. Wow! is a good description.

Absolutely. I was never really happy with the 18-200 even with my 10 MP D200. The Z 24-200 is really quite OK with my 45 MP Z7.

It's actually a lot better than most super zooms. But of course it won't be as good as a prime

I have both lenses. I find the 24-70 marginally better. Better contrast and very very slightly sharper. But t's not a big difference.

It's not only about noise. Lower ISOs give you more dynamic range.
