From this set the one below works best for me. By the way, and please do not take this the wrong way, in the last 24 hours you started 7 threads with your images. The result of that is that you are ...
  • Nice idea, well executed Choi. For me, no 2 works best.
  • Hi Enrique, Excellent work, for me the first one has the look and the feeling! ;-)
  • Although I like your photography, I have the impression that you are using the forum to drive traffic to your site... 3 threads in one day all linking to your website.... I would prefer if you ...
  • Beautiful Louis with gorgeous light and wonderful geometrical curves :-)
  • Replied in Viskas
Vikas, Louis is a master of photoshop so it is difficult to reproduce his work, but as told you in my other post just use dehaze. Below there is a version of your pic, using only B/W conversion and ...
  • A monochrome sensor just measures luminosity, so it will not be able to distinguish between two different colours with the same luminosity value. That is why people use yellow /orange/red/etc ...

  • Thanks, Tony, your contribution is valuable. Unfortunately I have nothing to offer of any decent quality but hopefully, in the next few weeks, I will find time to go out and shoot a bit.

The M summilux cannot autofocus, so the Q wins there. Also, I think the Q handles CA better. Basically, they are both very good but for different purposes.
  • Very nice set. I personally find the pp on the sky a bit too strong, as, in my opinion, it distracts a bit from the architecture, but overall a strong set of images. You know how to use the T ...
  • To avoid confusion, he is asking about an R lens, so he needs an R to Fuji adapter. To the OP, Metabones do an R to X adapter here: http://www.metabones.com/products/details/MB_LR-X-BM1 but there ...
  • One reply only for such a moving set of images? Where is this forum going... Anyway, very moving images Louis, the B/W treatment adds extra emotional weight to them.
  • Very nice images Choi, can you please elaborate on the 5 minutes?  :-)
  • Fantastic work Vieri, nice composition and colour.
  • Did they really edit your post? Is that possible? They usually delete posts but not edit them... We do not even have an active forum moderator here...
