About me:

I am Elmer J Fudd millionaire.. I own a Mansion and a yacht..AGAIN..
Shooting animals with guns is just not right..sold all my guns for camera equipment and went back to photography, that was my original passion before hunting rabbits.

Famous Cartoon Character Elmer Fudd was a Photographer. Before he went about hunting down that wascaly wabbit, famous Warner Bros. cartoon character Elmer Fudd was a hobbyist wildlife photographer. Like many people today, he was genuinely interested in capturing incredible images of wildlife in action.

Josh152: Like none of the people commenting have ever done something stupid. Say what you want about her but at least she got off her rear end and went out to take photos. More than can be said for most people here. Besides why assume she was being dumb? Maybe she knowingly took the risk on purpose to get a good shot? Maybe at 72 with most of your life behind you and nursing homes and walkers and such perhaps not that far off in your future your perspective on such risks is wee bit different? But no don't think about it or have any empathy or compassion at all for her. Just laugh and point like children. SMH.

at 120 they must be slowing down seeing if you want a ride

ericbowles: The Senior Bison Biologist for Yellowstone said the bison probably felt threatened. So while really stupid, it opens up a whole string of jokes.

Did you hear about the 72 year old woman who threatened a 1500 pound bison?

The bison in Yellowstone are really wimpy. Just a bunch of snowflakes.

The woman repeatedly approached the bison. The bison was remarkably patient with the dumb blank.

Next stop for the woman is reported to be alligator macro photography.

The lady got so close the bison probably smelled the bison burger she had for lunch.

Now we know why Silent Mode is useful.

UGHHH!

I have one more..maybe she mistook the look of the horn of the Bison for something else and went to change the batteries..I will leave it at that

ppage ..that's not my definition.. it's the legal definition.. google it

Yes I paid with CC..acceptance of payment mean implied contract...
" Implied acceptance occurs when the parties act in a way that indicates their agreement with the contract terms. It also occurs when a product or service is purchased; payment for the item in question is considered implied acceptance." SO yes ..there is a contract and still you FAIL to see the difference between a promise and contract..
With your theory..We could all go on their site and BUY Denoise AI and they never send up a link to download or add it to out account. In your eyes we are just crap out of luck ..well they PROMISED they would send a link...but you did not sign a contract saying you bought it..

ppage
You misunderstand the difference between a PROMISE and CONTRACT
Mom, I promise to take out the trash VS
I will shoot you wedding for a fee of $xxx.xx and provide prints, you get paid and never show up to even shoot the wedding.
With YOUR logic an IM SORRY is perfectly fine in both cases

SaltyPeanut: They should just follow Adobe's model and charge a cheap monthly fee, then just focus on making and delivering the best products possible, keeping them up to date often.

Unlike Adobe with Toapz new model they will STILL WORK if you stop paying

Just cause it no longer works them the right to screw the people what they promised them

Must be heartbreaking to see the largest retailer in the world selling knockoffs of the product you invested your time and money into.

No it does not make it ok now, it was not OK then
BUT they make know off of canon/nikon camera batteries, High end filters like B&W, Sandisk memory cards..all this and more going on for years and years, so this is news now??

They have been making knockoffs of his stuff since they are after he introduced the first one. I met him at the javis center in NYC at photo expo in 07 or 08
