The target audience and intended use is different. I have a Mavic 2 Pro but will still buy this to carry around on my bike trips and casual shooting.

They've done it before with the Rebel (EOS 300D) in 2004 I think, and they'll do it again with this one

"'I don’t care about competitors, I care about customers" sounds like he was trying to say the right thing however, if he did care about customers, he'd care about the competition in order to offer Sony's customers the best possible value for money.

This guy won't cut it I'm afraid.

David Mifsud: DJI should first take care of their existing customers who bought the Spark. Ask us in Europe how disappointing this model has been.

yes, I have a Mavic Pro and the range is reasonable but with the Spark, I hardly get 150 meters. I think 250M is not an unreasonable distance for a small drone like that; even a Hubsan H501SS gives you over 250M!!!

It was a bad idea when drone photography began, and it will always be.

that'll be like banning kitchen knives because every so often, they're misused!!

On article Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark III Review (621 comments in total)

Just got a new MKIII yesterday and gave my MKII to my son. I'm missing loads of important features which I don't quite understand why these have been removed.

Remote flash trigger

S-OVF

The ability to save settings for each of the PASM modes

The inability to program the L-FN on lenses that have this button (the 12-50/12-40 cannot be fully utilised on this body)

Super Control Panel always on monitor, compose only on EVF

Different OS modes

Can't Olympus offer a firmware upgrade and "restore" these features?

I must have owned 3 of these and every time, it was seeing the lens through the viewfinder that put me off. They sure don't build compacts like this any more!

Having read this article and still having some CF cards available, should I come across one I'll most likely buy it :)

David Mifsud: this article is about a camera, and it's from the same nation that gave the world the periodic table of elements, the first satellite in space, the first space flight with Gagarin, the SU-35 and KA-52. From the country that provides the U.S. with Soyuz rockets to visit the I.S.S. The country that never invaded other countries causing chaos in Libya and Iraq to name a couple. It does not come from a country where war has become the order of the day simply because in 1974, gold was considered a more effective way to pay for oil which would have hurt the dollar.

Don't ill-speak of Russia because some of you know nothing about it. I live there and it's very peaceful, our economy isn't based on creating wars. There is no propoganda campaign, no American vs Russian on TV. It is my personal view that people in the U.S. have been exposed to so much negativity about Russia in order to forget about the domestic issues. My God, even nature is upset!!!

How do some of you harbour all this hate?

@OneMoreComment ... bugger off? why would I? I didn't bring politics into this but sure enough, this is a photography site and politics should not have been introduced; I would have hoped that the site manager would have intervened. Anyway, good luck to you, I hope you find some peace in your life and stop being angry. Life can be so great!!

The Silver Nemesis: If true, there's a lot of patriotism and a huge market out there. The two combined can produce an interesting result...

miksto ... Your numbers make no sense, they sold much more than that but you probably watch too much hysteria media. Russians become poorer because of currency devaluation? Russia now buys less from Europe, a lot less and sadly, this has hurt European economy greatly. There's been no shortage of foreign goods here and all the latest stuff is on the shelves. People flock to buy. Mind you, I live in St. Petersburg which is like comparing Beverly Hills to Dallas where I myself have seen people fight for a bench to sleep on; very sad indeed :(

In Russia it is not poor but in villages people are self sufficient and have little to no use for money. They exchange their produce, I couldn't live like that but I've seen it first hand; they're happy with the little they have. I love Russia even more.

I hold 2 master degrees, one in software engineering (embedded computing) and another in Mechanical. I don't hold my head above anybody else however and everybody's contribution is valid. It is better to look for ways to unite people rather than the differences that divide.

*I drive a 455 Italia but I'm not offended, Bugatti does not use a FIAT parts bin.
