In my opinion it's not a bad photograph, nothing wrong with the girl being pretty but the outfit doesn't match the "movie". Nor her approach towards the theme. In this shot her thoughts are carried way away from the camera. At least that's the way I see it.

Two things I have to say...
1. I don't think in 5 years time Shamoo will go for a scheduled wedding photography with an iphone or tablet instead of a DSLR

Deleted pending purge: I AM SORRY, BUT THIS CHALLENGE SERIAL HAS BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL THE PROBLEMS WITH RAMPANT CHEATINGS, MALICIOUS VOTINGS AND MULTIPLE-ACCOUNT HOLDERS HAVE BEEN SOLVED.
RUNNING CHALLENGES WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO ENSURE AN UNIFORMLY JUST AND FAIR AMBIENT FOR ALL ENTRANTS MAKES NO SENSE.
MY HEARTFELT THANKS TO ALL THE HONEST PHOTOGRAPHERS AND VOTERS WHO SUPPORT ALL ATTEMPTS AT CHANGING THE CHALLENGE SYSTEM IN ORDER TO MAKE IT AN ENJOYABLE EXERIENCE!
Would be nice indeed to solve that part of the problem.
I'm fairly new on this site but when I get to see a challenge with a beautiful photograph that wins the competition and the voting result is 3.2 or 3.4 it's obvious that some just throw votes without even looking at a photograph. For that reason I have stopped voting for now. A 1 star for a photograph ?! That shot has to be terribly out of focus and burning as a comet for me considering such a bad rating, yet,.. seems to happen with way too many, not masterpieces but fairly good captures. Thus, I though i'm either too kind or just not experienced in this rating "adventure". In the end,..I really don't know what's the purpose of these cheating acts. Not that any who does that would get better nor would learn something useful out of it... :(
