photofan1986: I've never been a fan of Nikon cameras in the past, their color never looked quite right, ergonomics were weird for me, as a former Canon shooter. But lately, I shot a wedding along with a friend using a cheap D3400, and while the camera looked like a toy compared to my Panasonic G80, and ergonomics are a joke, I was very surprised at the output. This little guy has got some seriously good sensor inside! And I must say I was quite jealous that such a low end camera got such a good sensor. Slap a decent lens on it, and you've got a pretty powerful little tool. Well done, Nikon.

X_A5/ X-T100 have much better output than any producer camera. Colours , contrast and sharpness are much better than anything else in this price range. They are also much smaller and aesthetically pleasing than plasticy Nikon.

How could we no buy from a company that really care?? Its been a total pleasure of photography since Fujifilm's re-emergence into the photography market.

1- APS-C Z is far off.
2- Nikon's aware of computational photography.
3- They seen interested in a lower price FF Z.
4- Optical performance was the highest priority.
5- We want to be percieved as a video camera maker.
Enjoying my new EOS R but I have to admit I wish it had half of the Z6 capability.

You are such an a** .....Skin tone too greenish on my calibrated monitor. Nikon is known for greenish skin tone. It's their signature...
desaint: Love the colors...but...looks like of some sort of noise reduction in the iso 100 shots ..not so much detail,must be lightroom or so.

This be due to either if these two....stronger OLPF or shutter shock effect. The shots are very much scanty of detail..

Detail is rather scanty....Whats to blame? Lens or camera's low pass filter? By the way who paid for the trip to Morocco?

I like it's rendering and colors, but I hardly see anything what can't be done with a FF setup. Anyway it's a good lens!

CanonSharpShooter: Could someone explain to me why the X-T3 isn’t sold out, while the Sony A7III released a while before it is still back ordered while costing $500 more? Is that the market speaking they prefer Sony’s crappy body, UI, Sony colors, crappy lenses or maybe they just prefer the full frame sensor?

bergat: AF of Nikon Z7 is a big flop. The price of a z7 is not 999$ but much more high, and sensor dimension apart, z7 is a camera worse canon and fuji xt3, without speaking of sony
100% with you there...But then Nikon user feels more comfortable with higher price low value expression.
Nikon is playing a dangerous game of taking its loyal customers for granted...This product should not have been launched with PRO Price Tag!!! Its a highly under par product that pose embarrassment for Nikon against the likes of Sony, Fujifilm, Panasonic and Olympus!
