I checked the firmware version and was shocked to see it was the original 1.10. However, upgrading to 3.0 didn't seem to change Tv behavior.

Thanks, I thought it might be something like that. However, I have set the maximum ISO to be 3200 and these underexposed Tv pictures still show ISO 800. I don't quite get it.
