The Humbria Seaways on it's way to the port of Antwerp.

I like the colour effects in the first one. B&W version is nice, but makes me wonder if it's possible to show the hand in an even better way..

Nice image of one of the beautiful places in Iceland. Alas, since Justin Bieber's passage, this spot is closed for public...
-
Just a lucky shot, making a drone video, returning home...

Picture near Orustuhóll (Battle hill), Iceland.

Placed 17th in the challenge. Detail of an iceberg that ran ashore

Yes and no - the falls itself weren't frozen. The ice is caused by the spray that freezes over nearby area's during nighttime. Heres a shot from 'behind' the falls on the same day:

Stairs near the Seljalandsfoss in Iceland during winter. Due to the spray of the fall, the stairs to the path behind the waterfall freeze all over. A little bit more hazardous, but so so beautiful...

Saint Michael's bridge, a classic spot in Ghent.. The red light trail really adds to the picture and gives it just enough 'out of the standard' touch. Well done.

Creek in Zeeland, just before sunset today. The dike with the road in the foreground was the Spanish fort line during the 80-year war.
-
Interesting picture, I have the feeling it's tilted, although the left tree seems vertical.
-
Nice scene. I tried looking at it with the boat in the down right corner, cropping the right side, and that works as well. Looks like a drone shot, makes me looking forward to the holidays.

Thanks for editing. I will have a look to that software. Important for flying drones near wind turbines is to choose a day with stable wind, way below what your drone can handle. And ALWAYS stay ...
-
Good that you point it out, and in fact it's close. Not because of the turbine, but because of the highway right of it (50m horizontal distance needed) and the no-fly zone of the Antwerp harbour ...
-
Thank you for the feedback. Difficult to choose for me. Regarding the height: yes they'rr huge. In fact, this turbine has blades of about 55 meter length (radius), turbine hight is about 90m AGL. N ...

Also made this picture out of a video that I was shooting. Maybe no top-quality, but I like the shot..
-
Personally I like most the very first shot of the series. Almost looks like lava.
-
Backlight, low light, fast moving object, drone. Not evident but I really wanted to try. All feedback welcome.

For me option 1. Perfect colours, nice structures.
Activity older than 12 months is not displayed.
