At least for JPEG, Sony cameras always have 3 sizing settings. On this one I think it's 61MP, 26MP and something else. On my A7R2 it was 42MP, 19MP and something smaller.

Ah, that's because you don't remember this website 10 years ago, it was all about Canon and Nikon. Everything else were toys or garbage.
