Your image is correct. BUT. It ignores the fact, that in bigger format more light is spread over more surface. Take one unit of that surface and you will see that it gets exactly the same amount ...

Don't look at non-native lenses. You would need a costy adapter and still won't have most of the functionality. For full compatibility you need Lumix or Olympus lens. I would recommend a second ...

First of all OIS/IBIS only compensates shaky hands. It won't help if your subjets are moving. It is most effective on longer focal lengths. So f1.7 on 20mm or other prime would be a significant ...

Young generation then gets older and realises that they don't want to always lug around all that bulk of absolutely perfect FF gear.

Looking at ebay sold items GX line holds pretty strong. Actually splitting SLR-like branch to already 4 levels (G100-G90-G9-GH - and not counting GH submodels) looks not too reasonable. Obviously ...

Enjoy the wedding. Photography is covered.

m43 system didn't really moved much forward from GX9. The only camera with a new sensor is GH6. Panasonic most likely will move this sensor to cheaper models in time. G9 replacement (whatever the ...

Used Nikon FF DSLRs professionally back in the days. D700, D600. Also APS-C Sony NEX for special lenses. Switched to Lumix GX7 after retiring from weddings - best available video codecs bought me. ...

For me GX7 + 20/1.7 does street photography just fine. Can't imagine a better combo.

G80 is still very capable camera. If iPhone wins against it for you - I highly doubt any other m43 camera has a chance. Especially bulkier that your current one.

They are all safe - they don't alter the contents of the card. They just read the remaining data and copy it to HDD. I would recommend trying several apps until you get what you want. I needed to ...

Actually format is pretty recoverable too on flash media. As any flash memory has limited number of rewrite cycles deep format is rarely used. Unscientifically speaking during common fast format ...
