fstopx2: Terms like this are very common in pretty much every contest. Dont like the terms than dont do it. Its that basic.

Lots of photographers both pro and amateur will be thrilled to have their name associated with Apple.

Dont like the iPhone than go buy an Android. Free market and all. Apple is no worse than Google, Samsung and the rest.

Exactly.

Lifetouch school photos and their customer service are terrible. I have children in schools. I only wanted the class photos and never wanted the individual portraits but you cannot buy only the class photo. Hope Shutterfly can improve quality.

BigEnso: I'm wondering if they are actually Hong Kongers or mainland Chinese (PRCs as my ethnic Chinese friends call them). My friends are all betting they are PRCs.

Most likely Hong Kong. They use traditional Chinese characters, not simplified version in their comments.

dash2k8: I can read the critique/criticism and it feels like one or both of the newlyweds is an experience photog. Practically all the stuff they're saying is spot on, though some reach into picky territory.

@dash2k8, if they are so concerned about the background and minor details, they should just take photos in the studio. They may have those too but without guests as many couples in Asia like those studio shots which have magazine looks. Their comments may be technically right. Go read the Chinese version as you said you could read the language. They also commented on a photo of just the background without people in it. That could just be a test shot.

They have a point but not spot on. What’s next? They want to see their names in gold characters on the white background and then complain the creases on the black pants are not clear enough? I am not supporting the photographer. Both the photographer and the couples are bad in this event.

They are not the best photos but the couple seems to be more interested in making sure the two pillars are in the photos. Are they photography teachers? They also criticize the over exposed background and not seeing their names. Looks like they like the background more than the people in the photos.

Unbelievable. Who would have thought of this? Who is the target customer?
