One single nozzle on my Epson P7570 is misaligned after  a paper curled and the head ran over it.  Everything else is perfect.  Is this really going to show up in a print or should I just let it go?

Interesting! 7570 user here, I've gone as heavy/thick as Canson Baryta Prestige 340 and using the canson-provided settings had no issues. Is it possible your printer might just be one of the small ...

They have a finished Big Sur driver package for my P7570 so it was fairly easy.  Did have to reinstall to get the profiles to show back up in photoshop and Lightroom.

Have made some changes based on the suggestions, thanks again, I think it has improved quite a bit from the advice, still more work to do though.
