Marko: I also only shoot RAW. However, if you want a SOOC jpeg, you can just view the RAW on your OM1, press 'OK' and a menu will appear on the screen. The top item will be RAW Edit. Select that, ...

Well, that keeps the width, but it compresses the height so much that again I think your original was preferable.

Thanks for the effort Andrew. The image loses a lot of impact doing the FE correction, but it is interesting to see the difference.

Lovely set. You've got some great coastline there and your photos really show it well.
-
Even so, more going on there than here! Jake's flying ... and the sparrow is well exposed, sharp, and highly detailed Nice

Lovely garden and great to see the spring is well underway there. It's snowing here today. Looking forward to a Garden & Birding trip we have scheduled to the UK the end of April. Hope your ...

Another lovely and surreal shot. Glad you're back posting.

Lovely shots WN. I'd try bark butter, but with the infestation of squirrels we have, the birds would never get a chance at it. What do you use for culling all those photos? If you are just using ...

I prefer #2, though, I find the pylon at the right a little distracting. Great image with great light.

Interesting process Andrew. What software are you using for selecting edges and filling the background? When you removed the license plate, where did you get the detail "behind" it from? I have ...

Your postprocessing techniques really shine in this latest attempt. That truck is so bright it hurts my eyes this dull grey morning.

Another beautiful set of bird photos Marko - your posts never fail to please! I've seen and photographed wood creepers here, but they never stay around long enough for me to get good shots, much ...

I liked your in-flight shot better, but the birds weren't cooperating.

#2 though I'd crop it tight vertically. Because: I like seeing the full vase, table, and the colored bowl.

I'm envious of your early spring - our ground is snow covered today with more coming Sunday. Love shot #2. It's nice to see the trees along your river walk starting to leaf out.

The house finch taking off is a great shot! You may have inspired me to try some ProCap shots of our feeding birds. Say 'hey' to Jake for me.
-
Very nice. Love the house finch taking flight.

600mm at 1/500 sec - SYNC-IS & your shooting steadyness gave a nice sharp shot. 1600 ISO properly exposed shouldn't need much NR. Cute bird. Always like seeing your posts.
