Beautiful place and nice people in Kitz. But usually on the day of the competition its madness specially after the race. Crowds of people everywhere.

This year I lived in Weidring in time of rennen. Next year. I hope for the race with spectators.

AF algorythm of D850 is perfect for me

Nice Sharpness for 500 mm. But it's not an issue in this lens. The issue is AF performance

I love my D850 especially with EN-EL18 in MB-D18.

AF performance of AF is not identical because of 21 to 46 MPIXEL.

Test with EN-EL18 much shorter blackout time. D700 like D3  D850 like D5.

For sport action use MB-D18 and EN-EL18. O therwise AF-C will be not as fast as D5

On 3,5 inch LCD yes.

Some kind of watercolor filter on each photo ? Is it normal ? Like in my first digital camera in 2001

If you can't find the original try third party , but EL18C is in stock everywhere

I i tried this combination and it seems to me AF-Tracking is much better than on standard EN-EL15 battery. The shutter sounds different (louder). Large lens drive AF is more powerfull.

Add MB-D18 with EN-EL18 to D850. Much shorter blackout time of the shutter with en-el18 battery increases speed of AF-tracking. Almost equalize performance of both cameras.

Try EN-EL18. Blackout time is shorter, so af system can "see" subject for a longer time. Sound is noticeable different.

Whats about D850 CFexpress Type B update ?
