Even the Nikon D5 looks good now !!

Like i told you in the previous thread,try the "Camera Standard v2" profile from the D4s/Df with your D4 nef's in LR.

You could try Capture One 10. When i had the D4,i was using the Camera Standard v2 profile from the D4s in LR. It made a big difference. I've always disliked  the adobe and camera specific profiles ...

Did you use af-s or af-c on the D5?

Talking about jpeg,both the D750 and D4s(excluding the D4)look great to me.
Didn't liked the ones from the XT-1,too "artificial".
This is coming from someone that also likes the Canon Jpeg.

Mine is about 6 months old Use it quite a lot No "damage" .(so far)

That's  good advice. From  my experience (35 art),when using the outer af points (D750) in somewhat low light the accuracy is ,well....plain bad. The Nikon's fare much better under the same conditions.

You could just get the Nikon 24-70 and 70-200 and the plasticy feel would go away😜

I really like the 50mm focal lenght. Always had one . The 50 1.8G is great,small,light,inexpensive. I've kept mine even after getting the 58.

It actually didn't. 2 months ago i was looking to replace my D4.Saw some gray market D5's for around 4800€. Decided to get a D4s new from a local store for 3500€. No way I'm risking more than 1500€ ...

Same here. sometimes it's not the amount of available light but the "quality" or lack of.
