Purchased a V1 after the first reviews, read about it. Never a regret, one fine travel camera. I had a few SLR film cameras always changing lenses on the fly. Decided to try out a point and shoot in the 90's. Really got used to the Panasonic point and shoots with the long zooms. When the V1 came out with the 1" sensor, it really made sense. Great all around camera.

I am still using my mk1 of this camera. I have taken numerous photos while traveling, and like the video quality also. Prints from North shore HA, and Yosemiite have been great as wall hangings printed on canvas. Resolution is fuzzy at some distances, but many of the city scapes done with auto stitch have been fabulous. New one? Not really worth it til this one is worn out or they really up the game with a micro 2/3 or something else.
