TN Args: The Canon R5 is still relevant if you can’t afford the real deal.

Sony makes equipment for working professionals.

Canon makes toys.

Horshack: Horrible news. I've always appreciated being able to get my photo prints, tires, rotisserie chicken, mattresses, gold jewelry, and chocolate muffins in one convenient trip to the store.

You can still get your law degree there.

Unknown User 953359: I don’t think think there is a big difference between the Z6 and the z6ii.
Which means the Z6 is a real bargain.

And for video shooters, there is no more capable camera than the S5, besides the S1H.

Not possible. Sony products aren't for professional use.

Sony is the only game in town once again. CaNikon will release something similar in 2 years that's barely competitive with a 2 year old Sony camera.

Dragonrider: I guess WAPO is not enough. Now Bezos is using DPR to promote his political leanings. Disgusting.

It's odd to me that the "snowflake" and "**** your feelings" set are so upset by this.

GSD_ZA: This is a documentary about how Pete Souza violated his very privileged position by engaging in political partisanship. No wonder Trump kicked him out.

Are you trying to say he should have signed a NDA with Trump? LOL.

Howard: Don’t believe for a minute that this photographer is not political!

Everything is political in the US. We live in a country founded on a political experiment.

I like the idea. I wish something similar was available in E-mount.

Something something the private sector doesn't need the government to tell them to protect customer data... Oops.

J C Strange: Makes sense. Has to sting for Nikon/Canon though. They basically lost out on this by nature of being late to the mirrorless game.

Canon didn't take mirrorless seriously until recently. Those early EOS-M cameras are too slow and clunky for anything but product photography. Canon could have done better. They chose not to.

ovlov: No need to worry, Trump is going to bypass DPReview and have the actual recording & waiting time data sent straight to the White House for review. The numbers are going to be tremendous!

It's actually going to a shady private contractor.

What exactly was wrong with it going to the CDC?
