It would be very helpful if you can post an example. As others have already said, the RAF files will not be affected. Only the embedded JPEG in the RAF will display your changed color profile.

Do check the lens firmware. I recall that there was a slight improvement with the later firmware. I don't recall which one, since I no longer have this lens.

Just to note that I bought mine new, at a substantial discount. Buying a secondhand lens - any lens - entails some risk. To paint this as problematic for all XF 60 lenses - new or used - is not ...
