  • Commented on photo AboveMultnomah in the Landscape challenge

It had been raining and with a polarizer this scene had a very saturated look to it when shot. I'm sure I probably bumped the saturation up a little more during processing, but it's been several...

  • Submitted a challenge entry New Town Foggy Morning
Although it could be in an old European city, this shot is in a Midwestern town, St. Charles, MO. New Town is a 12 year old development that is has old world charm built in! Taken at the very early time of 6:43am on a very foggy morning.

  • Submitted a challenge entry Floating Flute
My friend wanted a photo of her high school flute to hang above a door into a room into her home, so I came up with this. I had a metal rod covered in black paper that was pushed up into the end of the flute allowing it to float in front of the background. A large scrim kept the highlight large and soft and shot using the modeling light, not the flash. Printed it 40 inches long. She liked it.
