minturnino: When do you test the Pentax K-3 III? It's important to know the pro-cons regards the image quality.
To evaluate a camera, one cannot simply rely on an image gallery but requires an in-depth analysis with suitable tools. Your review is stuck on specs.
I see that you test other cameras trade.

The short answer to your question is - never.

From the Conclusion .....
"Image quality lags similarly priced competitors with larger sensors"

No that is not true. It's a lie you've spread over the last 10 years.

The colors are no worse than the ones my (hated and now sold) Nikon D600, managed to produce.

A large part in Olympus' fall, I think, is due to the insanely bad and in several cases, outright rude reviews of first and foremost DPR. For example, what to say about the following, which was read in the conclusion about the Olympus OM-D E-M1X .....
"NOT SO GOOD FOR - Anyone not already heavily-invested in Four Thirds glass."

Could it be more devastating than that, when the world's largest camera-review site in humiliating terms condemns Olympus' top model? Similar can be read in almost all Olympus reviews. I guess Olympus did not have enough advertising on DPR.

I predict that Olymous will go bankrupt in three years. I also predict that in three years I will predict the same thing again.

Lot of noise, even at base ISO.

My interest in new cameras decreases proportionally with the increase in pixel count.

@Benjamin - I'm sure you were going to buy the camera if it had one.

marc petzold: @DPR Staff

And you should use the X-T3 for DPR YT Videos, because it's so much better from IQ, than the GH5, which seems being used for almost every Review from Chris & Jordan, nobody knows why...please.

A fine Sunday, and Good Light.

@marc petzold - In this case it's more a 'x-trans against Bayer' thing, than aps-c against m34. Seeing it that way, x-trans loses 11 times out of 10 against Bayer.

trewsbury76: In any camera museum in 2035 (if man is still alive) of classic digital cameras of this era the OLYMPUS OM-D E-MIX will take pride of place as a design and engineering achievement; whether it sells enough to justify its existence is debateable. For sure this DP review will not help it gain any traction. The question being if MFT that much inferior to FF sensor size; personally I have my doubts; by using high resolution mode the results will be more than satisfactory.

Honestly Sergey, how many pictures have you taken the last couple of years?

I don't think a conclusion can get any more humiliating than this.

True. They don't miss an oportunity, do they?

wwwuser: The "Golden Award", and ... the gallery of HORRIBLE, pitiful quality ("flat colors", a unpleasant contrast - the usual illness of Fuji).
Top smartphones shoot today a lot better..

@wwwuser - Agreed. I don't know what the DPR staff see that i don't. Pictures are flat and colors look somewhat artificiall. And then there are the usual 'worm'-like artifacts, which is a trade mark of the xtrans-CFA. The amount of 'worms' in the cherry(?) trees is nothing but stunning.

Couldn't care less about noise and resolution. Fact is that my old Canon 5d Classic have much better colors and micro contrast than any of those new cameras. Don't know if it has to do with larger pixels or a more selective CFA, but the new cameras simply can't match the output fom my old Canon 5d.
