I often using my CPL as ND, it's usually strong enough for avoiding diffraction during panning photography on cloudy days.

Slick looking device, for purest, who don't succumb to ease of smartphone yet, fixed screen it's a huge bummer though.

APS-C cameras from back then does better in this regard, this Oly

Pentax should be slightly bigger, only for really small margin though. (0.03x)

Good luck find some mini USB cable at home, some good devices used it back then, Canon selling cameras with that dead standard to date, still don't include it in box since 450D era.
