Is it possible to release the head without losing a ton of ink? Which maintenance setting did you use do you recall? Thanks!

Thanks! I have a pro4000 thats squeaking. Called Canon and they told me to wipe the rail but its still squeaking. I didnt realize you could just lift the head up I'll try that!

What ended up happening with this?

I’m having this problem when I’m wearing a high vis vest shooting construction sites. Does anyone know if warranty covers it?
