You should upgrade. The photography plan is $10 month. ACR changes frequently. Sometimes the upgrade provides more dynamic range. if you're serious about photography, spend $10/month.

Pros and cons For family photography I think the D750 fits all you describe. You certainly don't need an upgrade, but you may want one and that's fine too. I have a D850, and it is a better camera ...

Great work, what a great idea so well executed.

You can get used to anything, BUT... when I shot weddings, most always wearing two cameras, it was a tremendous help to have the same model for each. Again: you can get use to anything. I'm a Nikon ...

Thanks so much. I will try all the above!

My 7 year old f/1.4 85mm is just a little soft as compared to my nearly new f/1.4 105mm which is tack sharp. The 85 doesn't seem to be front focusing or back focusing, just seems off. Question: How ...

It depends on what you're doing. If you want to take full advantage of what Nikon has to offer in their system then it makes sense to get their latest. BUT it's so expensive. If you just want to ...

Nikon has added features to the batteries but the same batteries for the D800 will work in the D850. I'd use the newer gray battery though. Something funky happened when I put in the older black ...

Saw your note about the D800, I had issues with mine. I've owned quite a few Nikon bodies going back to the D70. Of all my Nikons the D800 was my least favorite. Focusing issuese. I LOVED my D700! ...

My understanding is that most macro photography is manual focus by its very nature. I'd get the one with the sharpest DXO test scores. OR Try an extension tube, or a set of, and see if that does it ...

I often type, "If you can afford it buy it..." because it's true. When it comes to image quality for non action situations especially, medium format, even the smaller MF sensor on the GFX is going ...

YES! I loved that camera and the D3S.

That's what Nikon said. As a headshot photographer I can say that suit jackets and shirts and some very straight dark hair moires as much as my D750. I'm not an expert but I don't think this can ...

If you're concerned with image quality the weight difference is a minor consideration. Unless you just have money to burn. If you have the money just buy the M43 and hold the D750 and see if it ...

If you can afford MF do it! The bigger your sensor the better off you are if you don't need speed and portability. If money is no object especially. If you can afford it don't even do the smaller ...
