It makes perfect sense. I should probably have mentioned this in my original post, but I was referring to the feel of rotating the dials, not pressing them in. Pressing in feels the same.

Yes, even the Nitecore. Or at least, this is what I found when looking for a dual charger myself. Keep in mind this was a while ago, things may have changed since then. Also I have no personal ...

I couldn't find any good alternative either. All the third party options seem to have some kind of reliability issue. Gave up my search and purchased a second single charger from Fujifilm instead.

Thank you both! Hoping a few more people will chime in to see whether or not this is normal. Not sure I will do anything about it regardless as the dial is working just fine. Just immediatedly ...

Question for those of you who have a 50S II or 100S camera body. Is the front dial a bit "sticky" or more "dampened" (I don't know how else to describe it) compared to the rear dial, or do they ...

Nothing wrong with that. I'm looking to do some close up photography in B&W of the mountains in my area. They look particularly good from late fall to early spring when they are covered in heavy ...

Hi Michael, Thanks for sharing the image and your thoughts. You are absolutely right, and if the L-mount system was my only option I would definetly go for the Sigma + 1.4 TC 100%. I haven't ...

Thank you! I very much appreciate this, it's been of great help. I've decided to skip this combo for now and look into some other options instead. Thanks again, Alex

Thank you so much for this! I had a look comparing them in Lightroom. There is definetly a fair bit of degredation outside it's center sphere. Perhaps a bit too much for my liking, but it's hard to ...

Thank you for your reply. Much appreciated!

Hi, Question for those of you who have and have used the Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG DN OS Sports lens with the Sigma TC-1411 teleconverter: What's the image quality like? I'm considering this combo ...

Thank you, Jim! Very much appreciated. Quick question: Can you confirm whether or not this file was shot with LENR on or off? Past +3 EV the 100S file has noise that looks very much like what you ...
-
Thanks. I always shoot with NR off myself. Not only do I not wish to wait the additional time, but from my limited testing I've actually found that I get worse noise with NR on.

Thanks for sharing. I was not aware that the GFX 50S/R are "star eaters". I never shoot astro so that's probably why I haven't noticed. It explains why the files are so clean though. Luckily for ...

Thanks for chiming in. That's my worry about the 100 megapixel sensor. Is it so bad that you would pick the 50 over the 100 for long exposure work?
-
Forgot to mention that Long Exposure Noise Reduction should also be off.
-
I'm going to compare it to similar files from my GFX 50S & 50R. The 50 is the best long exposure camera I've ever had, and the sensor responds very well to increases in exposure even at 4, 8 or ...

I'm looking for a 15 minute black frame (lens cap/body cap on) from a GFX 100/100S. ISO 100, 16 bit raw uncompressed. All in-camera corrections off. IBIS off. If anyone happens to have the time ...

Love 5:4 & 3:1/65:24. These are the two aspect ratios I use 99% of the time. Having them available in camera on the GFX is huge in my opinion. I also like 1:1. Love shooting it, but feel the end ...
