  • Canon's Digital Photo Professional software is a raw converter. It works really well.

  • Stevo, sony fans are so invested in their belief that EVERY sony is better that they'll never stoop to something as low as switching brands. They'll just troll other brand reviews/forums.

  • The 600 and 800 were a surprise to me. I'm a portrait photographer and I don't make money with anything longer then my 70-200. I've wanted to purchase a lens to shoot wildlife, etc. for some time...

  • Dream, this lens is perfect for me. I preordered the 800 from my local camera store today. I'm also one of those people that if it doesn't work for me or it's "not what we asked for" I just move on...

  • Dexter, I'm with you. I bring the equipment I need to do the job without regard of the size or weight. It's only about delivering the best product for my client.

  • Ecka, why not get the EOS R? It has 30 megapixels. Problem solved.

  • Replied in Sony A7III
Not really. I actually don't care that much about the tool. I'd feel the same if I was a Nikon shooter. But I am so invested in Canon with all the glass, flash triggers, flash systems, brackets, ...
  • Replied in usability
I believe you answered your own response.... but I do find usability a huge PITA. Buttons and wheels are too tiny and shallow, EVF and LCD are mediocre, no touch screen for menu is annoying af.
  • Replied in Sony A7III
Silvan, thanks for all your insight. I should seek you out with your infinite knowledge base on camera reviews since you seem to be here a lot. I did ton of research on the A7III before purchasing. ...
  • You have to be trolling. This is what you typed in the original post: "I dont own this camera yet, but I dont think 80% is a good number." This is a review about the EOS R. Now you say you own it?...

  • Noisy??? Ha!! If you're so concerned about noise/image quality then the top-of-the-line Canon professional body should be for you. You're just trolling. You're a typical commenter that wants...

  • Created user review thread I really like the R
I avoided this camera because of the single card slot. I also read many of the mediocre reviews and thought I wouldn't get much use out of this camera so I didn't buy it. Well the price recently ...
  • Created user review thread Sony A7III
I like this camera but it's not a user-friendly camera. I know you've read the reviews/forums, etc. about the menu systems. I did too. I just don't care for the usability of the A73. I've had the ...
  • 1DX Mark 3. All your problems are solved.

  • Mala, then you don't know how to use your camera. My R focuses so much better than my A73. Many more in focus images compared to the Sony or my 5D4.

  • My EOS R is superior to my Sony A7III in every way. I don't think you'll like any camera unless it's the top of the line and most hyped camera out. Funny, I see users like you complain about lack...

  • I don't think the camera will help you take great photographs. I definitely wouldn't buy this camera if I were you. Especially if you own Canon glass. This camera will not help you in any way.

  • entoman, all my Canon's have been workhorse cameras. They've always just worked. I started in 2005 and have been full-time since 2009 and my Canon's have served me well. I really wanted to like the...

  • I'm just worried my 5DIV and A7III will stop working once the R5 comes out.

  • I'm American. I feel like we never see photos of Russia. I would love to learn more about your country. It just seems like all we ever get about Russia is negativity. American media only focus on...
