About me:

Dear DPreview visitor, I will first introduce myself, I'm Klaas and with my lovely wife Vera residing the polder of Schieveen North of Rotterdam.
My first encounter with photography was already in 1977 and my 1st SLR camera the Fujica ST605 was a fact. In 1980 I purchased a Fujica AX-1 with a 300mm Tamron adaptal II lens including a 2x teleconvertor. But what happens with so many hobbies the darkroom, the Opemus 5, was stowed and the camera saw sporadic the daylight.
In 1999, I stepped into the "digital world" having the Olympus C-920 Zoom with 1.3 mega pixels. The Olympus C-500 Zoom came around in 2005 as replacement and this is still used by my wife for school purposes.

And it’s because of my brother-in-law that I start picking up photography again with an Olympus E-620 DSRL in June 2009 and the kit lenses are replaced for a zuiko 18-180 and 70-300 but it should remain a hobby.

Keep shooting pictures and enjoy.

Regards,
Klaas
