Almost what I'd open my wallet for.... but still no stereo movies!
Is one more ickle microphone too hard to squeeze in there?
Are Panny camera designers all deaf or one-eared?
Come on, it's 2013 already - if 720p "HD" is worth doing, so is stereo!!

The screen on the back of a camera does the same job of distancing yourself from the more close-up view you get in a viewfinder and allows for easy composition by arm movement without having to duck and dive with your whole body. Having the scene on a screen at arm's length (or half arm's length) disconnects you from the "being there" binoculars effect and helps with composition IMHO - I know OVF fans will disagree though :)
Tilt/twist flip-out screens are even better, hence their ubiquity on camcorders.

I see only one mic on the top. How many more years do I have to wait to get a slim Panny with wide angle and AVCHD video AND STEREO SOUND?! I'm getting bored of moaning about it :)

B1ackhat: Full HD on a CCD sensor? Suddenly Panasonic has done the impossible?? hmm

This with the FZ100's flip-out screen would have been great for me, full HD with no CMOS rolling shutter... but from reviews I've seen, the best one-box stills&video solutions are the Sony HX100V and HX9V with full HD at true 50p, good stereo and great stabilisation - considered the first digicams to be truly camcorder quality (and sharp hi res too) - even the Canon 5D movie crowd seem impressed.

Panny seem to be falling behind.
