None of the schools around here have beach volleyball so I've been drooling over photos from it.

One university I shoot for was making excellent A4 prints of my photos for the programs they give out before basketball games from our four megapixel 1D images. We did have to shoot them in ...

I've never found the joystick to be easy to use. I rarely used the one on my 1D Mark IV because half the time moving it in any direction would cause a center press. Canon apparently figured that ...

I only took around 6,000 photos with my 5D Mark IV before the joystick broke. Obviously the failure of the joystick is unrelated to the number of photos taken. And yes, I expect the controls of a ...

Which replaced the D2H. Oh wait, it didn't. Nikon continued to sell the D2H and later the D2HS as its flagship sports camera. I saw sports photographers using the D2X in its crop mode (the only ...

Or the motor locks into some other mechanism in front of the lens that isn't here. And it looks like the motor is powered by a mini-phono jack on the side. :-|

Well, my 1DX Mark III just reached 400,000 clicks which is over twice the estimated life of a 5D Mark III shutter.

I think the beginning of DSLR dominance for Canon was when Nikon released the D2H and then six months later Canon released the 1D Mark II. Nikon continued to sell the D2H and the D2HS for three ...

That's not my experience. My coworkers with Canon cameras have been bringing in new lenses to work every couple of years. One guy rushed out to buy a new 70-200mm f4 for his 80D before they ran ...

Are there now more RF cameras than EF cameras in use now?

When I get home or to the hotel room, I always take the batteries out and put them in the charger. I don't like surprises the next day.
