FF open gate and All-I plus Raw / Prores Looks like the S5 IIX is quite ahead of the S1H or did I miss something?

If you need both formats then shooting both at the same time makes a huge difference, e.g. you can use vertical video from content made for Youtube and post it as short. With 16:9 it's a huge crop ...

Full frame 3:2 video is actually a big deal, e.g. if you regularly need vertical format (4K) footage in addition instead of just cropping 9:16 HD from a 16:9 4K video. For e.g. Youtube content ...

I was hoping for a FF GH6 - it's not that. Crop on the 60p is the biggest letdown. ProRes sounds nice on the X version. Then again, open gate FF in 24/30p is another nice thing .... Difficult.

I guess it's enough to just post all the stuff on Facebook, they are known to never really delete any of your photos :-)

Same problem, I'm using A mode to compose and then switch back to M mode. Unless I'm missing a setting for this, this is really something that could be fixed easily.

RAW photos was never a problem with Sony. Lenses were either Sony or Zeiss prime lenses. Out-of-camera video (non Log) is another story. Biggest issue was turquoise sky when even exposed even a ...

Now all we need is the possibility to set up a vertical video workspace like e.g. in Premiere.

Yep custom resolution always worked without issues.

Davinci Resolve - you can get the free version, but then you need to convert to ProRes or some other format, as 10-bit h.264 is only supported in the paid Studio version. Shutter Encoder works ...

I saw that the eyepiece with sensor is available on Ebay for 65 usd so I assume it won't be so expensive to have it fixed by fujifilm. I'm not worried but would be interested if someone got it ...

Anyone similar experience or got it fixed? I have the same problem after about a week without "abusing" it - a small part of the top layer of the eyepiece rubber came off. I'm wearing glasses so ...

"Lossless Cut" works great for this, on Win/Mac/Linux It can trim video files without re-encoding and can remove audio tracks. https://www.mifi.no/losslesscut/

Davinci Resolve works great for this. I've been using it for vertical social Media Videos. It takes some adjustment but you should be able to create a template for this. Scaling/cropping is no issue.

davincivirtual.com is a "virtual office space" company, so there's that.

I see, thanks. So there is no common "standard" of using 30p instead of 24p (I was wondering if 30p is required for technical reasons I.e. Youtube or similar, or if real estate footage is ...
