Really good, IMHO. I have a D3300 and my Z 50 has a bit better I.Q. Very similar ( if not same) 20.67 MP sensor as D500 and D7500. Shoot RAW and use Topaz or DXO ...and shoot really high ISO...and ...

Os this a beck strap? Interesting that one would use a neck strap with a heavyish camera as the Z9. I did away with neck straps years ago. Instead I use a  wrist strap...but I gather the Z 9 might ...

I would hope other features would abound. Since all my DX lenses have VR..no real need for IBIS...(for me). Also, when shooting BIF and using fast shutter speeds...VR and OBIS would be turned off ...
