I am (mostly) with you on this one. The ecosystem is shrinking, its obvious, and everybody outside of it knows why. Except for the guys inside.

This cam has always been a niche one. More so now, and the trend will continue. We probably won't even see Mark IV

Again - why bother producing a cam that only a few will buy?

Very similar request here - a superzoom bridge cam that can do the same things as my Google Pixel does (just a tad better). This is all I really need/want for casual shooting.
