I need to test mine side by side but that sounds like a good estimate for sure

When it comes to "bridge" cameras, the Sony rx10 Iv is king. It has the best lens easily, best sensor and by far the best auto focus (yes PDAF) so for action no other bridge cameras comes close. Bu ...

Well, lens lottery exist with all lenses really but my guess is that with the p1000/950 etc because the long end is already into diffraction land, any lens issue can quickly drop the IQ into ...

From the several copies I had of the 900 and 1000 and the one 950, they are all down to lens lottery basically. So basically whichever you get, if its a good copy..hold on to it!

Not sure what you mean by gives you maximum range and quality. You can clearly get better quality if you are willing to spend the money on a ILC but it is not something everyone needs. For ...
-
No they are not. Let me clarify something.. To me IQ is king so I would never sacrifice IQ for size or weight. I mean there is a reason I go through multiple copies of lenses before finding the ...

No I didn't find it heavy but do note that I love big lenses like my favorite shooting combo is the Canon R5 with the Sigma 105mm 1.4 so my perspective may be a bit different than others. I do find ...

Dang that is a great question. I never tested it myself but as I limit the camera usually to ISO 100-400, low shutter speeds where usually part of the deal LOL Let me see if I can find anything ...

Yes without any extra support (ie walls etc) I can do 1/30 at 2000mm. 1/25 I start missing some and 1/20 I miss more than I like. If I support myself with a wall or something, then things are even ...

I honestly don't see that at all. Never had to use a tripod for the p1000 much less the p950 which is rather small for what it can do and light. And with the great stabilizer you can get away with ...

I have been trying to find time to go through a lot of samples I took comparing setti, sollo, rayo and demmi with and without grid and opal disc. It's for a new YouTube video Life always seem to ...

I couldn't disagree more. In fact, the way I got my mola setti was interesting. I always thought they were all hype so one day I saw a local photographer wanting to trade to a smaller portable BD. ...

I could hand hold my Canon R5 with a 200mm f2 lens 120 seconds.... In any case I don't see why compare m43 with a FF...for stabilization we should be comparing more apples to apples even though a ...

Sorry but I dont see that at all. Glad the A7R V is adding a future you wanted but there are many things people have been claiming for and still not done..for example, fully functional LCD screen ...

Well sort off. For non photo work related trips I started just going with an rx100 vii and rx10 IV. Now I have switched to my S22 Ultra and the rx10 IV when I want more reach or better overall quality.

That is why I limit it to around 400 iso and edit from raw. It is capable of delivering superior results to what my rx10 IV can do due to its longer reach but also as I mentioned, I get more ...
