Zoom Zoom Zoom: :
GREAT! Just what we need! More versions to choose from, more incompetent abilities, more adapters, and more s..t. If cameras would offer all card size slots available for easy compatibility, they would be about 300 and the camera would be two and a half feet long to accommodate them. I can't wait for more cards of all shapes and sizes!

Heck, I just played around with a friend's mental retard Huawei stupid new phone yesterday, and that one had a new kind of miniSD card that is totally different and incompatible with any kind of hole you can stick it into or adapter! Grand!

It's ok "zoom", 90 year old people usually have trouble with technology, so you're not alone out there!

Jonathan Mac: Yet more sizes and types of memory card. I wish everyone would get behind the SD card as the de facto standard for memory cards, and stop coming out with more formats.

true, why even drive cars when we can ride horses?

In reply to:

Kiril Karaatanasov: Just do SD and stop this BS. This new standard delivers exactly nothing except confusion.

We see Nikon and Canon cameras failing due to the obscure choice of memory cards. Enough is enough!

If vendors don't stop the nonsense market will.

Exactly nothing except speed, which apparently to you means nothing

Rihard: I hope no one will use this idiocy, it only got almost standard in SD everywhere and now we are back to a million card readers, in fact I think its all need to be SD with faster speeds and backward compatibility

I tink dis gud idia

ZeBebito: The background looks very fake. Probably these shots were taken at f2.8 and some photoshop newbie tried and failed miserably to make them look "0.95".

or this lens has horrible bokeh, makes more sense actually.

entoman: "the 135mm GM balances reasonably well on an a9 or Mark III Alpha-series full-frame body"

I wish I believed you.

Sony needs a larger body for photographers who habitually use long or heavy lenses. A battery grip certainly helps to some extent, but is no substitute for a decent-sized, ergonomically-improved new body.

(I'm not advocating discontinuuing the existing bodies for those who prefer them compact and light, I just want an *additional* pro-orientated body- and yes, I'd be prepared to pay extra for it).

@MILC man

I started my account on that date, yes, so what? lol.. What are you implying

GabrielZ: I prefer the internal zooming of the latest F-Mount version over this, despite the penalty in size. Less chance for detritus to get inside the lens...seems to be a more pro oriented idea.

Lol.. it doesn't internally zoom xDDDDDDDDDDDDD
the mount for the hood is on to the body of the lens itself and not on the extending barrel.. making it look like the lens is internally zooming, rendering the hood completely useless LOL!

+MILC man you probably never used a long lens with a camera before, so you have no idea what you're talking about. even my 500pf on my D850 doesn't feel balanced until I attach the grip to it. When the front of the lens goes forward too much it strains a certain muscle, the outside of your arm, but when the rear of the lens is the heavier part, a much stronger muscle is strained, that's why it's easier to handhold. talking about stuff you don't understand is really idiotic.

Hellraiser: So,

Base ISO (100) performance of the FF Nikon D750 is:
Bit depth: 24.8
Dynamic range: 14.5

Base ISO (100) performance of APS-C Nikon D7200 is:
Bit depth: 24.5
Dynamic range: 14.6

So if there isnt any difference between APS-C & FF, why would be there between FF & MF?

Conclusion - shoot crop and forget about FF because youll get same performance for a whole lot less money.

ps
If the camera has lower base ISO of course it will perform better at that ISO.
The bigger the sensor, the better high ISO performance.

@AstroStan
Can you please explain it then? he probably got that information from "DxOmark".. What exactly is that "color bit depth" thing?

Wilmar Boer: I think it's more and more about computational photography. It's not what the sensor can do, but what the electronics and firmware behind the sensor can squeeze out of it, correcting know shortcomings on the fly. That where Olympus has a strong package with the E-M1x with dual 8 core processors. I think you can't mention or compare sensor size without taking processing power into the equation.

bigger pixels = better image quality, end of story.
