iPhones have good cameras, but Huawei's cameras are superb. P30 Pro is my first all-day camera nowadays. Excellent zoom, very excellent macro, pro mode like in the best DSLR's, and so on.

Why to buy Sonys? There are excellent Nikons instead.

vesa1tahti: Fujifilm X series missing?? Absolutely the most important cameras (X-trans sensor) of the decade.

The X-Trans sensor will be more sensitive in higher wavelengths (650-700 nm). That's very important in astrophotography (Hydrogen Alpha line: 656,28 nm). So, you don't need to do any astromodification.

I still prefer My D7200. Outstanding in very gold conditions (e.g. 2 hours of time lapses in -20 degr Celsius).

Mirrorless cameras don't work in very cold conditions. I do astrophotography in winter (- 20 degr Celsius), maybe one hour total exposures. My Nikon D7200 works with no problems. But my Olympus E-M10 II stops working in eg. 25 minutes. Accu is empty, the very small buttons are difficult to operate in cold. So, conventional cameras are better.

Nikon rules. Let's forget other brands, tiny sensor MFTs, etc. They aren't competitive alternatives anymore.

A very good comparison. I'll buy both. Cheers.

In 5 years, MFT is dead. They are already now as massive as FF mirrorlesses, with a fraction of image quality. So it is

Costs around 7x more than the GR III. So, The Red Dot costs 6 GR IIIs and the camera itself one. Dot not sold as one option?

Then you make a pinhole lens from a milk carton?

I find it stupid to list this. You simply can’t make it work without at least a kit lens. Imagine buying a TV without a power cord that costs a good chunk.

@RIHASS : Why not to buy a camera you like. Every camera is worth of it's price. Money doesn't matter.

D500 far better than this tiny sensor monster. Or Z6, If you prefer mirrorless. MFT stays MFT, with no future.

Why to have this kind of discussion? Purchase the Nikon Z6, and you're happy with it's ergonomics and fantastic IQ. Nikon rules.

My camera is D7200, and I don't go for a mirrorless in the near future. Excellent IQ, even in astrophotography.

Maybe they get to hear but they don't mind because this is not so tasty (People Eating Tasty Animals, as many times repeated here, too).

Huawei rules. I'll switch from Nexus 6P to P30 Pro. Iphones are far behind Huaweis nowadays.

D500, absolutely. Next Fujifilm X-T3. MFT cameras are toys.

Why not to a Huawei?
