I don't know why Nikon is not able to build the new lenses made by metal and not by plastic

Hai Hai hai the lenses, not similar to Ai-s, bad bad and why, seeing the dimensions, not to make the new camera as full frame? I thik thah now is too late to fish again old nikon buyers, already passed to other brands. Nikon had to go out seven years ago with this model. Tht's why I think nikon missed an opportunity.

I hope Nikon would change their lenses making not by rubber and possibility to change the diaphgram on the lenses, and that the definitively Mirrorless has the form factor like the old Nikon FM

IR1234: Yeah well, pity Hasselblad puts Greta over photographers. Got banned from their FB page when I asked what her relevance to photography was when they posted something gushy about her.

You are right, Gameshoes. unfortunately facebook is hypocritical ad false and Greta T has to go to that country

Kai Griffin: Terrific specs, it'd just be great if Canon found body designers with a background in something other than making balloon animals.

canon should come back to the FTb and pellix form to have appeal . the same of fuji. Nikon in deadline.

Discombobulated: I have stop investing on Nikon Z and put my energy in Fujifilm MF system. I'm observing their lens developments. I really like the 110mm f/2 in the current production.

Question, this 50mm f/1 would not fit MF yeah?

i speak about 6x6 not 44x33

Doug Pardee: My guess is that it's mainly a technical issue. All of the older Fujifilm X-mount cameras used a dual-core chip. The software for one was probably pretty close to the software for another, so it wasn't a big deal to provide updates to older cameras.

The X Processor 4 used in the X-T3, X-Pro3, and X-T30 is a quad-core chip. The software for that thing is probably quite different, and retrofitting it to the older cameras might not be so easy. Probably more of a factor is that Fujifilm's firmware developers probably all want to work on the new quad-core code, not be stuck on the old dual-core code.

Yes probably Fuhifilm's firmware developers do not want to work on the old dual core , but they shoul do it, beacuse market share of fuji is based also on the old models and on the will to update the old cameras.
