As Brian says, the update is from Tamron. I'm having the same problem updating the Tamron 17-28 on a Mac. I get the same message. I"ll look into security settings.

Not a fisheye: Laowa 9mm f/2.8 Zero-D Lens for Micro Four. Probably more. You can search on B&H for m4/3 wide angle primes. Probably not so many primes as the wide angle zooms are so good.

Completely agree. My (old) hands appreciate any few ounces of weight that can be cut. And done here with no lose in quality.

What's a "35mm based system"? An SLR camera, or a FF sensor, or something else? Sony has committed quite a bit of resources and manufacturing to FF mirrorless cameras. They don't seem to be seeing ...
