Casio EXILIM Pro EX-F1 can also do 1200fps in video mode. But what can you get from 1200fps but only 320x120 pixel image from J1V1? LOL. Disregarding the video mode, nothing beats the Casio EXILIM Pro EX-F1 with 60fps burst on a still camera.

60 fps = Casio EXILIM Pro EX-F1
14 fps = Canon 1Dx
10 fps = Nikon D4

Neither Canon nor Nikon is the fastest :) and the Casio was introduced in the market 4 years ago.

slaughtr: I just don't understand the voting process here. Two people gave this gorgeous shot a 1.0? Really? Seriously?

@ IcyVeins, i'm sure if it was taken using a Nikon camera it will be the most beautiful macro you've ever seen :)

Yes, there is too much sandbagging on this challenge. Too many 0.5 votes were given to some of the entries that is supposed to be on the top place.

i think it is good that Canon is working on at what they are good at....going back to their core business (video camera) is the right thing to do...why insist on making still cameras when it is not really your core your strength?

focus on video cameras and photocopiers, Canon! stop humiliating yourself by insisting that you can make decent still cameras :)
