No doubt iPhone X has a great camera. I thought its camera is similar to iPhone 8 plus.

Alberto de Harenne: This test is fake, last Samsumg was S6 Edge ? S7 Edge is better to Iphone 7, and S8 Plus better than Iphone 8. Dont try to make Apple marketing here!

No doubt. iPhone 8 plus has a very good camera. This test might be fake. They should have compared it with Galaxy Note 8. I own an iPhone 6s Plus. but I am not a an apple fan. A fair comparison is between iPhone 8 plus, iPhone X and Galaxy Note 8. They are putting previous generation models into the comparison?

Strange thing, iPhone 8 Plus doesn't even have an OIS

Yes, in enthusastic level photography, we don't care much about touchscreen. I had the same presumption, untill I purchased Canon 70D, it is my first DSLR and after using touch screen, I never use those manual controls for the settings.

Nikon could have made it better by implementing touchscreen with D7200.

maverick786us: Why would someone spend 3300$ for just taking stellar photography, when its not meant for normal phorography?

In that case, it is something just designed for astronomy students. A general photographer will not use it

On article Canon's Q4 earnings report shows camera sales are down (314 comments in total)

Its not just Canon but low end point and shoot cameras will be go down because of smartphones. What canon should concentrate is bring some new DSLR (Ex 70D successor, a D810 Compititor, that should have touchscreen, WiFi and GPS)
