There is a difference between saying 20mp is not enough and saying you miss the resolution and output. I agree 20mp is enough but that doesn't mean there is no difference in output.

I am referring to the ISO limitation. If you want to use auto ISO with flash you should be able to. Other cameras allow this. I agree that it is sensible to limit shutter speed to the sync speed.
