It will end up as a white elephant. The issue is achieving focus. Zhongyi should think outside the square and not ape other manual lens makers like Samyang for example. Be more bold and go AF.
But maybe humongous lenses are done for a propaganda purpose - advertisement to raise the profile of the brand.

Overhyped. An outmoded addition that the main competitor already have. F8 should have been included the day the camera took off the production line. Was there really any improvement in the AF accuracy and speed??

Would love to pair this with the D7100. Saves my feminine hands from carrying heavy lenses, but dunno how good the tracking is .... agonizing wait!!
