Was this April Fools Day in some other country? This is obviously a joke.

AV Janus: I thought the TC was already out. Fuji is s l o w in this regard.
Now X100(s) needs a 2.2x or 2.5x TC and a wide one so that you can have a body small bag, one body and 3 TCs for 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm small f2.0 kit.

What does "ILC" stand for? Interchangeable lens camera?

Anybody know what version of kit kat was used in this review?
I received my phone a few days ago from motorola and it came with 4.4....no ".2" on the end.

TOTALLY sucks that Nokia went with a smaller sensor for this camera phone. Totally.

1/2.33?

omg

Create the same with 1/1.7", 12Mpix, 25-150/2.8-4 and I'll buy another Casio to my two older.

I don't get Casio's product numbering strategy. Is this ZR800 below the older ZR1000 flagship? What up wit dat?

techmine: Nokia is fast alienating itself from the most serious camera or smartphone users, by providing this technology in "Windows only" phones. After 808 launch, people had some hope of seeing the sensor+optics on Android (at the very least). Too bad ain't gonna happen.

Not to mention the fact that it's only available on ATT. Phhhht.

theranman: I predict that the major issue with this phone is gonna be the extending lens, and that carrying it in a pocket will cause problems over time...ie...lint getting into the barrel. Hope I'm wrong.

Photato, it IS different from any other pocket camera in that being a cell phone, it will see a LOT more pocket ingress/egress than your typical pocket camera. I also would have preferred a 5-7x camera with lower F stop at wide open.

bzanchet: Cool!! Although I would prefer a 5x zoom for a slimmer body... the future is here! Bye bye small sensor compact câmeras, this market is ending.

VERY tough call on that one. I tend to agree, but then Samsung probably felt they were knocking it out of the park by going 10x...and many would probably agree. Personally, I'd prefer the tiniest phone/camera possible.

Will it or will it not take an accessory EVF? The pic shows one, but the press release doesn't mention it. Hmmm......

I wonder how many folks will just leave this in 35mm crop mode. :)

The Davinator: You would have had me with a 35mm FOV

It'll auto-crop to to 35mm if you want.

Anfy: As an animal rights advocate and Nikon user I feel very bad for this news. I am seriously considering complete switch to another brand, mainly Olympus and Panasonic which, as to my knowledge, do not sell hunting devices. Or am I wrong?

I feel the same way. Am a huge animal rights activist. Am now crossing Nikon off my list of cameras.

Is it just me, or does that camera look huge in that guy's hands. I've never handled the prior model, so it's hard to gauge.
