Bento2: Not a pro but I contacted Sony Support for a repair on my A6400. The SD card slot wouldn't eject the card anymore. They said it was covered under warranty, almost a year later. Over the phone they said turn around is 7-10 days. I sent it in on Friday and it's on its coming back on Thursday.

Pretty great.

They had me send it to Precision Camera in Connecticut. Just got it back like a half hour ago. Everything looks great and clean. The issue is fixed.

I forgot that it will be wiped. I have to figure out all my settings again.

Too many buttons and dials.
Not enough buttons and dials.

I've used Sony cameras for years now and I guess I'm pretty used to the set up so it isn't a real big issue for me. I know if someone coming from a different camera has a learning curve but that goes both ways.

As for the menu, I like that the newer models have the star folder where you can put your favorites. I use that exclusively since I rarely go and change all that much. Then again I never found a menu system on any camera to be too user friendly. They all have lists and folders, etc.
