dszc: Hey dpReview guys. Up until now, your 5Ds coverage has been phenomenal -- world-class and very useful.
And I really appreciate you offering a raw file package for download. VERY nice indeed.

But the choice of shots/files is baffling. While they are interesting shots, none are what I would call suitable to show off what a high-res camera can do.
These are all mostly/all hand-held (I clearly see significant camera movement in some), narrow DOF (low fstop and wrong relationship of distance of camera to subject, where very little if any of the photo is truly in focus), and high ISO. None of which characteristics are suitable to show what a high MP camera can do.
If the photo is motion-blurred and out of focus (and degraded by high ISO), we can't tell much about its resolution -- which is what the 5Ds is supposed to be all about.

Sorry. I really hate to be negative, but you guys are better than this.

Agreed.

Please make test using tripod.
Lens for new test: 35L, 50L, 85L, 135L, 200L

Furious Tide Of Light: Here's a review:
http://cheeky.photography/the-new-amazon-cloud-drive/

True review - sadly.
No sync, it's really just for archiving.

Another issue:

- if you upload any non-image files or damaged image, you see at setting the non-image, 5 GB storage usage but YOU CANNOT FIND OR FILTER that non-image files. Your only solution: you check all directories and if you don't see the thumbnail image, that is the not supported, 5 GB space wasting files... MAYBE, or not... So, if you want use the unlimited image plan, your need to be clever and don't upload any non-images...

Photo_Joe: More information about limits:

* " Photos and videos must be smaller than 2 GB. "

"For photos: JPEG, BMP, PNG and most TIFF files (these files typically have the .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .png or .tiff extensions). In addition, some RAW format photo can also be viewed. "

So, GIF, PSD seems like not supported, it's not unlimited storage for that formats.
But PNG, TIFF and RAW is nice.

I'm so optimistic, this is why I wrote that:

"But PNG, TIFF and RAW is nice."
Why do you think I'm a pessimist?
Because I read the details of unlimited storage plan? :)

I try to use this...

Only Microsoft Vista or newer supported (and Mac ):

"Cloud Drive Desktop is only compatible with PC computers running Windows Vista and above."

So, with Microsoft XP and 2003 Server you cannot use this service... you can only use the web interface what is limited and not comfortable...

And about RAW files:

"RAW photo files are proprietary file formats developed by each camera manufacturer. Many RAW photo files are identified by Amazon Cloud Drive as photos and will not count against your storage limit if you're a Prime member. "

Who is a "Prime member"? It's a default Amazon account?

Supported RAW files:

Nikon (NEF files) Nikon D1, Nikon D1X, Nikon D4, Nikon Coolpix A, Nikon E5700, Nikon AW1, Nikon D800, Nikon D50, Nikon D610

Canon (CR2 Files) Canon 5D, Canon 1D, Canon 1D MarkIIN, Canon Rebel SL1, Canon 60D, Canon 5D MarkIII, Canon 1D MarkIV

Sony (ARW files) Sony A7, Sony A7R, Sony A6000, Sony NEX-5T, Sony NEX-3N, Sony NEX-6
