No, not native. Anyone using these 300 lenses today uses them with PDAF.
Most of those 300 lenses weren't designed for CDAF.
And quite a few have never been used with CDAF.

Most tele's are made as FF lenses, there is little to gain by making the APS-C,
Eos-M users are in reality denied tele lenses by the new mount.

That would be true and valid critique.
But not designing the m-mount to handle FF is an equally bad decision as it leaves eos-m system behind.
