mosc: It's just so unbelievable to me you can complain about having to use the USB port for headphones while simultaneously plugging in a 1/4" jack to the adapter. You want the camera to have an 1/8" and 1/4" jack for headphones? Obviously headphones need adapters a lot of the time, they're headphones! We've been dealing with 1/4" vs 1/8" for the better part of 75 years now.
It has a "headphone jack" and I think saying it doesn't is factually inaccurate. The USB is that jack. It doesn't have an 1/8" jack and demonstrating the lack of an 1/8" jack as a problem with a picture of headphones plugged in with a 1/4" jack is silly.
While certainly not ideal, I do see there are USB-C/Headphone splitters available from reputable brands like Moshi & Belkin that allow PD-3. So it is possible.
