gounaris: Processing rules:

No extreme HDR
No extreme photoshop
Colors must be natural, do not over saturate photos or make them (vidid)

This was not shot as HDR, and not photoshopped.
I admit that shooting raw, like every image shot as raw, it is imported with base settings that bring up contrast, add some clarity, sat and lum. That image was then cropped and exported as JPG as max Q and sized for the site.

i argue there was nothing artificial about this image, these are vibrant.

What would you expect, post raw images, or maybe tether the camera.

If you want to see the same image worked up have look at this https://www.behance.net/gallery/29248599/Playing-with-new-camera-Sony-A7ii-and-Great-Glass

The only adjustment to the Behance addition is a high-pass filter overlay and a black border. They are very different.

Still no HDR. The Sony A7ii has huge dynamic range. About 14 stops I think.

MarioV: Nice shot. Its actually a rainbow lorikeet.

My bad. Cheers. They are cheeky and I also have them around the house, regularly chased by the cockies.

Very Pretty.
