Great little beach camera. Works well underwater and can get put in a bag with sand, and no worries. Not a bad zoom either.
I used this camera for a trip to the IceHotel in Sweden, and a bit more through the Arctic Circle. It does well in cold, and took some nice photos. It captured the sparkle of the snow on fields as we dog sledged through.
This is a fun little camera that turns out great shots. If I were able to use Manual like a really good photographer, I'd be able to use this camera to it's full capabilities. However, it does make awesome shots on Auto and Scene also.

Many people consider the SonyRX10M4 the ultimate travel camera. I just received this camera in May, 2019 and am enjoying trying it out at home. In August we head to the Inner Passage of Alaska and that will be the real test. The menu is complicated, but, I am working to get everything the way I like it.
I purchased this camera in April 2019 and am excited by the new features, zoom range and possibilities.
An excellent camera in the Canon line-up. I was never able to use it to its fullest abilities. This camera was a little tough on a new amateur. But, the photos were gorgeous.

Very nice camera for my needs. It did a great job on safari in the savannah of Tanzania. Very versitle. Works well with my lenses.
Great little lens, takes excellent shots of insects on flowers, etc. I like not having to get as close as I did with the 50mm macro. Takes great portraits.
This is a great go-to lens. I use it when I need something really light and no zoom is required.
Canon EF 50mm f/2.5 Macro
Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM
Canon EF-S 10-22mm F3.5-4.5 USM
My first SLR lens. It was great in chasing butterflies and bees as well as shooting things like the underside of mushrooms sitting in a field.
Awesome for wildlife in Tanzania. Also, very nice for catching people in a casual manner since they aren't aware that I'm taking photos of them.
I love this lens. It can capture large gathering of people, close up. It takes great landscape shots.
Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM
This is a very versitle lens for travel. I've used it often.

This camera was purchased for a trip to Ireland where a good zoom range didn't matter as much as low light conditions. It took me many hours to figure out the features. Not user friendly, but took nice photos indoor and out. I'm frustrated by the short zoom range. But, the glass is really fast and clear. When I purchased the M6 of this camera, I gave the M4 to a nephew. I hope he enjoys using it as much as I did!
This was a great travel camera, with long reach, and I took it on the road many times. Had to fish around for the focus, which was sometimes frustrating. But the photos were beautiful and I loved the low weight and ease of carrying.
I really enjoyed this lens while our daughter was doing competition gymnastics. It was too heavy for me otherwise. It takes wonderful, indoor, sports shots. The coach used me as the team photographer and I enjoyed every minute of it. I recommend a monopod with this, to help get the weight better.
