I just bought photoshop elements 2023 and  have used pse8 for a good while but only  for quick edits.  I also have lightroom 5.6 which I've not used very much.

I have a picture taken outside of two people; One of the two prople the eyes are dark and the other person the face is ok. If I lighten up the whole picture the one with the dark eyes will look ok ...
