There's no way they'd use SATA form factor SSD in a device like this, more likely to be an NVME device instead, and like cosinaphile mentioned, SSD's are pretty cheap ATM, where even 1TB can be had for around $100 or so. As for 'configurable TDP', that's nothing that current power regulation doesn't already do. Also, having a higher CPU core count would mean having that extra oomph there when you want it, especially when using mains power.

This is one seriously overpriced and underwhelming device,regardless of whom it's aimed at.
