drop a sale with this and the 1.4 for 900 and take my money.

This is terrible news. My 100-400 is permanently glued to my T2 and I have been waiting for a telephoto prime for the H1. Not having a single reasonably priced prime is such a hole in the lineup.

I love my think tank belt/harness with a peak design capture clip and my h1 w/100-400. I tend to carry the camera the majority of the time but its nice to have it nicely off my hip for a break or ...

Thank you, that makes perfect sense! I was just mushing it up to put the new lens through its paces. I appreciate it!

I was playing around with my new Viltrox 56mm on a bright afternoon and there were multiple times I couldn't get it to take a picture unless I stopped down to 2 or 2.8. This is on my X-h1. At ...

I would love animal eye focus as part of ever improving auto focus overall.

Thanks to all who replied...it is great feedback for me to noodle over and the real-world experiences are exactly what I hoped to receive. I have definitely taken good fast motion shots with the ...

I love my X-H1. Spectacular camera. That said, I primarily capture wildlife and hunting dogs in fast motion. While the X-H1 is fantastic for slow and still subjects, it is obviously very ...

Ever since I updated my x-h1 firmware through the app a week ago, I am having all sorts of issues trying to use the photos. I can import them to Lightroom on my Mac but they won't sync to the ...

I love my Fuji xt2 and xh1. I sometimes lust over other systems for only two reasons: a Long telephoto prime and that incredibly shallow depth of field. I will wait a year or two for one of the ...

I shoot almost exclusively with the 100-400 so yeah...but maybe I should do more testing. I can see in framing the shot it could be beneficial so good point.

I have always done IS shooting only and it works great. I haven't come up with a reason to do continuous as it would definitely add to battery consumption but maybe others can provide a reason ...

I don't disagree but its equally possible that computational photography will make the sensor size far less important as compared to the user experience, features and build quality...all areas that...

A telephoto prime that isn’t more expensive than my car.

I find using the viewfinder really immerses me in the moment and makes me appreciate the weight of each scene I hope to capture. The physical interaction with the exposure triangle is very ...

I think the more that smartphones and AI take over the "photo" market, the more photography becomes about the actual act of capturing a moment. Nothing is as fun to shoot as a fuji camera. When ...

There are more than three companies competing. The law of supply and demand would dictate something needs to give. In every industry ever, when the suppliers outnumber the demand there will be a ...

Well if they do drop that should improve things considerably for canon and Fuji. The pie may be getting smaller but the bigger slice would cancel that out nicely.

I use a think tank skin belt and harness with a peak design capture 3 with my Fuji 100-400. I realize that’s a bit smaller but it’s pretty big. I love the setup. I am able to slide the clip ...
